The practical bits. How booking and deposits work, what happens if you need to move an appointment, and what I ask of you before treatment.
Booking and deposits
You can book online from my booking page, which uses my booking system, Ovatu. A deposit is taken when you book, and the rest is paid on the day. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe through Ovatu.
Some treatments are paid in full when you book. Sculptra, for example, is prepared 24 hours before your appointment, so full payment is taken up front.
A consultation costs £30, and the fee is fully redeemable against any treatment on the day.
Moving or cancelling an appointment
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment and I will transfer your deposit to your new booking.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not come to your appointment, your deposit is kept. If I ever have to cancel, I will offer you a new appointment or refund your deposit in full.
None of this affects your rights under consumer law.
Arriving late
Please arrive on time. If you are running late, send me a WhatsApp on 07824 367575. I will do what I can, but I may need to shorten your treatment or move it to another day so the next client is not kept waiting.
Who I can treat
You must be 18 or over for any treatment, and I may ask you for ID. For injectable treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal filler, it is against the law to treat anyone under 18, even with parental consent. I cannot treat you while you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Consultation and consent
Every treatment starts with a consultation, either booked on its own or at the start of your treatment appointment. We talk through your goals and your medical history, I explain what the treatment involves, including its risks and aftercare, and you sign a consent form before anything happens. If I don’t think a treatment is right or safe for you, I will tell you and we will not go ahead.
Anti-wrinkle injections always need a face-to-face assessment first, booked as a separate appointment before your treatment.
Your medical history
Please tell me honestly about any medical conditions, medicines, allergies and previous treatments, and let me know if anything changes before your appointment. It decides whether a treatment is safe for you. If something relevant comes to light on the day, I may need to postpone your treatment.
Results
Everyone’s face and skin respond differently. At your consultation I will be honest about what is realistic for you, but no practitioner can guarantee a particular result. Some treatments need a course of sessions to show their best results, and how long results last varies from person to person.
Aftercare and review appointments
I give you aftercare advice after every treatment, and following it helps you get the best result. Some treatments include a review. After anti-wrinkle injections, your review should be booked between 2 and 4 weeks after treatment. Tear trough filler includes a complimentary review at 2 weeks.
If anything worries you after a treatment, contact me straight away.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on this website and in my booking system. They can change, but the price you pay is the one confirmed when you book.
Packages and courses are paid for as a whole and are for the person named on the booking.
Klarna and Payl8r finance may be available, over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Payl8r adds 10% to the cost of your treatment. Finance is provided by, and subject to approval from, the finance company. Ask me for details before you book.
Questions or concerns
If something is not clear, ask me before you book: WhatsApp, 07824 367575 or info@aestheticsbyhayley.co.uk. If you are unhappy with anything, my complaints page explains what to do. How I look after your information is set out in my privacy notice.
