I’m Hayley Ford, an advanced aesthetic practitioner specialising in natural results. I work alone from a private treatment room on Pentonville Road in King’s Cross, so you see me at every appointment, from your consultation to your aftercare.

From television to aesthetics
I didn’t start out in aesthetics. I worked in television first, then changed career and retrained as an aesthetic practitioner.
Today I run Aesthetics by Hayley from a private treatment room in King’s Cross. I specialise in anti-ageing, enhancing and contouring, mostly for women over 40 who want to look rested and like themselves. My clients come from Islington, Camden, Farringdon and all over London.
Why I work alone
I work alone, and that is my choice. The person you meet at your consultation is the person who treats you, looks after your aftercare and sees you at your review. Nobody hands you on to someone new, and you never have to explain yourself twice. I know your face, your history and what we agreed, because I was there for all of it. And if a question comes up after your treatment, you can message me and hear back from the person who actually treated you.
If you are nervous, tell me when you book. I can allow extra time for you to relax and settle in before your treatment, and you will always be dealing with the same person.
How I work
Every face is different, so every plan I make is different too.
I believe every client deserves a bespoke aesthetic treatment plan tailored to their goals and desires. I work with the natural facial characteristics to gently enhance features and reveal innate beauty with optimal safety and skill. For me, a great treatment is one that has friends and family struggling to place what specifically has changed, commenting instead on how ‘fresh’, ‘youthful’, ‘happy’ or ‘radiant’ a client looks post-procedure.
Hayley
Most people come to me because they want to look rested, fresher and more confident, without changing their face. Natural results are the whole point of what I do.
Here is how it works:
- You book online, choosing a consultation or a treatment.
- I assess your face and skin properly, and we talk through your goals.
- You get a tailored plan, with your options and prices.
- You treat on the day or later. No pressure, ever.
A consultation costs £30, and the fee is fully redeemable against any treatment on the day. It is booked for an hour, so there is time to ask everything you want to ask before anything happens.
The treatments I offer include anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler, lip filler, skin boosters and Profhilo, polynucleotides and microneedling. If you already know you want more than one, my Transformation Packages and courses bring them together in one plan.
The clinic
Aesthetics by Hayley is a private treatment room inside Minsony, at 260 Pentonville Road, King’s Cross, London N1 9JY. Your appointment happens in a room of its own, just you and me, with the door closed.
I am open until 7:30pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which suits clients coming straight from work, and until 3pm on Saturdays.
Finding the clinic
The nearest station is King’s Cross St Pancras, served by the Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines, Thameslink and national rail. From the station it is a short walk up Pentonville Road, about five minutes. Angel is within walking distance too, from the other end of Pentonville Road.
When you get to number 260, push the front door and take a seat in reception. I will come and collect you.
Opening hours and a map are on my contact page.
My qualifications and reviews
You should know who is treating you. My qualifications, insurance and training are set out on their own page, including the Level 7 qualification I am completing now.
And you don’t have to take my word for any of this. I am rated 5.0 on Google from more than 100 reviews, and you can read what my clients say in their own words.
Ready when you are. Book your consultation
Book online in a minute, any time of day. The £30 consultation fee comes off your treatment if you go ahead on the day.
